Which coffee should I choose if I'm new to specialty coffee?

Do you have decaf coffee?

How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 3-5 working days. We roast fresh to order, so your coffee arrives at peak freshness - no stale, disappointing beans here. Just fresh, ready-to-perform coffee that'll blow your mind from the first sip.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary based on order size and location. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you commit - we're upfront and honest like that. No nasty surprises, just transparent pricing and quality coffee.

How should I store my coffee?
Treat your beans right! Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from heat, light, and moisture. The fridge or freezer is a big no-no - moisture will ruin the experience faster than you can say "disappointing one-night stand." Our resealable bags help keep things fresh, but an airtight container is your best bet for maintaining that tight seal.
How long does coffee stay fresh?
For maximum satisfaction, use whole beans within 2-4 weeks of opening and ground coffee within 1-2 weeks. We roast fresh to order so your coffee arrives ready to perform at its absolute peak. Don't let it go stale - use it while it's hot!
Should I buy whole bean or ground?
Whole beans stay fresh longer and deliver maximum flavour when ground just before brewing - it's the coffee equivalent of foreplay, and trust us, it's worth the effort. However, if you're more of a "straight to business" type, ground coffee is perfectly convenient. We'll grind to your preferred size - we're here to please, however you like it.

What's the best coffee-to-water ratio?
We recommend 1:15 to 1:17 (coffee to water) - that's roughly 15-17g of coffee per 250ml of water. Adjust to taste: more coffee for a stronger, more intense experience, less for something gentler. What water temperature should I use?
The sweet spot is 90-96°C (195-205°F). Let your kettle rest for 30 seconds after boiling - patience pays off! Too hot and you'll burn it (ouch), too cool and it won't perform properly. Temperature matters, people. Get it right and you'll be rewarded.
Which coffee is best for espresso?
