Straight out of the lush Oromia region of southwest Ethiopia, this wild beauty grows at a teasing 1,600 metres above sea level – which, fun fact, is the kind of height where coffee really starts to get frisky. It's a rare blend too, made from just six farms' worth of Eastern African Heirloom varieties, so every cup is as unique as your guilty pleasures.

She's got that classic Ethiopian sass – fruity, winey, and sweet as a cheeky wink on a Monday morning – but with a full-bodied oomph that knows exactly how to take control. Less floral than your usual Yirgacheffe, this one's more like a jammy jazz band playing in the middle of a rainforest – smooth, unexpected, and guaranteed to hit all the right notes.
